Title: Censor signature ??

Hello All,

            Can anyone make out the censor signature on this Inverness cover ? It is the same cover as illustrated in Gould volume two. I have tried with no success what ever way I look at the cover :-\.

p.s. Sorry about the first world war one naval enquires at the moment but I am working on my naval covers.

Nick,

      Bottom left hand corner in black ink . If it is not a signature or name what does it say.

Nick,

      After a look on goggle at the address. What I thought was a signature is an abbreviation for Lancashire.  :-X
