Title: No 4 for today 7th June 1916 German Naval Card

When one goes exploring packets one comes across many things, one such shown here,  a plain PC cancelled MARINE SGHIFISPOST No 69 16 2 16

Card is datelined 14 2 16.

I know no more.  please enlighten me

MSP 69 is the Cruiser Breslau, who with the Goeben escaped to Turkey in 1914
