Staying with the American Forces in Siberia,

Soldiers cover cancelled US POSTAL AGENCY SIBERIA Jul 17 1919

His handwriting defeats me I'm afraid.  Censored by a 2nd Lieut.

Pvt. Carl Moritz left San Francisco on Aug. 14, 1918 and arrived in Vladivostok on Sept. 2 aboard USAT Thomas.
PFC Moritz (31st Inf.) left Vladivostok on USAT Logan on Sept. 11, 1919.
He was born in 1897 in Denver and died in 1964. Buried in the Los Angeles Natl. Cemetery.
In the 1930s he was a newspaper man in SF and was involved in local politics. He also served in WW2.
