Scan shows a copy of a Telegram dated 6 Aug 16 from Liverpool out to Salonika.

EXPEDITIONARY FORCE MESSAGE Hand-stamp

Only example I've ever seen.

I can only find one J H H Owen in FWR - as attached. Maybe he got his commission.
