Title: Help - missing pages, J Little (2000) WWII censorship Africa

Folks

If anybody has the 2000 edition of Section 1 (Africa) of the Civil Censorship Study Group's  publication, I would be very grateful for scans of pages 168 and 169!

Neil, those pages are missing from my copy as well. Publishing error I suppose.

My copy is OK - have you tried the CCSG; they're on the Web and it's still in Print?

I would be very grateful, I am sure Ross would be as well.
