One for our signature experts please,

Cover into Army & Navy Stores, probably 'self censored' London cancel 20 Aug 18,

Oval Censor X 25 shows it originates from the early days of the North Russia Intervention period.

Over struck with the London cancel. Can anyone make out the signature please?
