Not my collecting area- so need help! The cachet on this envelope from the USA to the Base Commander at Danoy Air Facility seems to indicate that it could not be forwarded from Buenos Aires because of hostilities. Is the cachet well known? Not sure if my scan is readable. Cachet is about 74x37mm. Heading; Buenos Aires (C.P.I.) Argentina. Then seven lines of text.

Yes, this cachet is known and does turn up, however correctly used it is not common. I have seen it on some philatelic items. I have attached an image of another commercial use.
