Title: Censor on cover from HMS Lucia

Hi All,
      Can anyone help with telling me who the censor was on the cover and around when he was the censor on HMS Lucia.

Hi Chris, the 1917 Navy List for HMS LUCIA has, amongst several ship's officers, Gunner(T) William R Heilbroun, who joined her on 8 Jun 1916. As a very junior officer he would no doubt have been "volunteered" for censorship duties.
