Title: ww2 postcard of naval base

Is anyone able to identify the naval base shown on this postcard? It bears an unrecorded two line RECD FROM HM SHIPS but is otherwise undated. The buildings look modern while the visitors in the left foreground suggest a passing-out parade. Michael
