Title: Naval censor mark ??

Hi all,

        I have just got this cover and i cant seem to find the censor mark in Goulds unless i am missing it.

        I was told this was a special type of Naval censor unique to HMS Chester. Can anyone confirm this or tell me which ship it is from.

Hi Chris,

Is this not 4C195 on page 128 towards the bottom of the page, allocated by Michael Gould to HMS Chester?
