I suggest JR Goldthorpe; in the Oct 1918 Army List he is in the Labour Corps as temp Lt, seniority 5 July 17, acting Capt 31 Oct 17. He is not in the 1925 Army List.

December 1919 Army List under Commands & Staff (Class HH) as Temp /Lt 6.Sept 1919
in the index listed as Lieut 5th July 1917 Special Appt
Not in December 1920 Army List
