Title: WW1 Naval HMS VULCAN framed cachet .

Hi All,

          I have just got this cover and found it has a cachet which i cannot find in "Goulds" book unless i am missing it. Any help with this also would be very helpful.

You will find "Vulcan" in Gould  on page 69 1A117
Its is not illustrated by him
