Title: Interment Camp C E III

Hello

      This letter is giving me some problems. Does anyone know anything at all about this camp which seems to be in Belgium. I take it is just at the end or after WW2, as the letter has no sign of dates. The camp seems to be called C E III. I don't know what i am missing but i cannot find out anything at all about it.  Any help with this would be good.

Cannot help you on this one, sorry. 
Not come cross the cachet CE III before, could be French or Belgian, does not appear to be British Army.  Is there anything useful on the other side ?

      I am putting up a scan of the back. The camp appears to be in Belgium but i cannot find anything about it anywhere. Thanks for the input.
