Hello All

This cover is giving me a few problems. It was posted in December 1940 and bears a Daynes N410 naval censor mark for India. The censor mark is signed by an English Lt of the R.N.V.R. and also by a Captain of the Free French Navy. Could anybody help in 1, identifying both officers, 2, where the cover was sent from and 3, the ship it was sent from. Any help at all with this would be great as this cover has got me stumped ???

                                                                  Cheers
