Censor CM6-?095 on H.M.T. in Med. Sept. 1919

I have recently found 3 P.P.Cs of H.M.T.PORTO, used at Malta Sept. 24 1919 (2) and Nov. 10 1919, on the way to Constantinople carrying " Replacement Troops " for the Army of the Black Sea.
I'm pretty up on Ship and Troop movements ( Slingsby & Firebrace ) but completely duffed by the presence of Censor CM6-?095 on both the Sept 24 examples.
Can any Censor Guru explain - PLEASE!
