SIERRA LEONE

Mail from the garrison in Sierra Leone was subject to normal postal rates and was handled by the civilian postal service.  There was a postmark in use before the war, which continued in use for about fifty years inscribed GARRISON MAIL/SIERRA LEONE, which can be found used during the war years.

Does anyone have a cover or card from the war years 1914 1919 showing this cancel please.  Good copy scan required.
