ARMY POSTAL SERVICES / X ACCOUNTANT C13a

A cancel I've never seen, has anyone any records of usage.  Possibly only used on official documents.

For those interested, it's illustrated (courtesy, I suspect, of the draftsmanship of the late George Crabb) on page 43 of K & C, fourth row down. As Chris has indicated, K & C gave it the type designation C13a.
