Attached - a 1943 registered cover from Lome, capital of Togo, to Dakar, capital of Senegal. The endorsement at the top translates as "Sender, Red Cross Togo. Messages for France". All is explained in the recent Stuart Rossiter Trust monograph described by Susan McEwen in Forum recently.
