Staying with the Type 7 Censor study, 

I show a page covering 7 / 191 currently un-allocated.

Addressed to Regimental Paymaster, ASC (HSL)

ASC = Army Service Corps

HSL = ???

Signature beats me I'm afraid.

Help !!!!!!!
