Here is a cover sent from Arkhangelsk to the Bronx by Francis Frederick Bohning [1893-1959], boatswain's mate first class on the USS Des Moines. Postmarked U. S. S. Des Moines/Archangel Russia (4.9.19). The Des Moines arrived in Murmansk on 13 May 1919 and left Arkhangelsk for Harwich, England on 14 September. No censor markings.
