Help needed with a Greek Date

Scan shows a further Red Cross Cover,  A beaut :)  Struggling a little on the date

I think 12 November 1915,  can anyone confirm before I write up please.

The date looks like NOE

The following are the months of January to December in Greek and you will see that the only one which begins with an N in Greek is November, so it must be so!
