Help appreciated with the two cancels on this item,
 
I'm OK with the Serbia Censor marking but cannot make out the postal cancels. 

The single ring cancel is dated 14 12 14 which ties in with the dateline on the reverse which is 12 XII 14  Also cannot read the destination address.  Anyone read Serbo-croat?

Before anyone says why collect these if you cannot read them, they are an interesting field.  :)
