Morning Team

Today's topic stays with the Serbian Forces in Salonika.

The French established a series of Military Post Offices in Salonika from 1916 onwards, these were numbered in the 500 range.

It is recorded that TRESOR et POSTES 504 served units of the Royal Serbian Army in Salonika.

Scan shows what I believe to be a cover to Beogzad (Belgrade) 6 March 1918 This is based on what I believe the last line in the address.  I may be wrong and it's somewhere in France.

Comments welcomed.

Hi Chris,

This is to Bourges in Central France.

However, yes Bertrand Sinais records the TEP with the Serbs, he does not give a start date, just notes dissolved in 1919.

Thanks Peter,  It was a hope that's all,

I'm bad enough on 'English' handwriting never mind other languages.
