Afternoon Team

To try and promote continuing interest in the Forum I'm planning 'My Own Cover of the Day'

We appear to be 'stalling' on posts recently so here goes.

Today's scans show a PPC from a J.C. Bishop, 3rd Writer who gives his return address as C/o British Principal Naval TRansport Officer, Archangel. Russia
Datelined Feb 4 / 17 and received in London Mar 5 17 as shown by the London Paid cancel in Red.

Oval Cachet ' SENIOR BRITISH NAVAL OFFICER  / WHITE SEA with Censored within in manuscript.  Cannot read the signature....

Usual moan, "not received a letter from you this week": mentions its - 75 c of frost today.

That's cold,

Chris
