Address from APO 440 to Palestine in Hebrew

Our President & Librarian, Richard, has kindly showed  (via Ted Proud) that FPO 440 at this time in 1945 was at Antwerp, Belgium.
Apart from "Palestine" in English, the whole address appears to be in modern Hebrew.
Please will anyone translate it?
The boxed red handstamp has the date in numerals I can read but some more (incomplete and a bit smudged) which I cannot.

ANY info would be greatly appreciated & acknowledged.
