Bombay Foreign Paquebot from September 1940

Hi members,
I received a envelope with a Bombay foreign paquebot handstamp, not opened by censor, oas canceled, but postage free handstamp. K6 in BEF is to late!
Bournemouth is Foreign? German occupation half day?
Can one member write about this item, please? Thank you

Hi Ingo,

Assume this was posted from a  ship passing through Bombay, mailed free of charge with the violet cachet POSTAGE FREE, cancelled to reverse with the Paquebot as merchant shipping mail (possibly a troopship) to Bournemouth in England. The Not Opened By censor cachet applied in India.
