There was a British Military Mission in Riga in 1919, but it is unlikely that special postal facilities were provided.

Added in manuscript by AK,  "A postcard is known endorsed "On Active Service", with a Latvian 1r. stamp cancelled at Riga in December 1919."

Can anyone add anything to this statement or has examples of such mail.
