Carrying on with Nicks theme which happens to be one of my interests also.

My card was posted from Toulouse, France on the 17th of November 1941 to a member of the crew of the Vichy French Destroyer  the 'Forbin'. The 'Forbin' was also in Alexandria at the time of the blockade.

A nice item, Chris. I like material that relates to something that few people are aware of - like the presence of the neutralised French Fleet at Alexandria after the French surrender in June 1940. It seems history judges that Admiral Cunningham achieved a pretty good result with Admiral Godfroy, compared to what happened elsewhere.
