My cover of the day 2 12th May

Another which came in the post to day.

This one is just a plain honour envelope. What interests me is that the cover was posted by an R.E. sapper of the postal section from APO SZ11 which at this time was still based at Mena Camp, Cairo, Egypt to another Sapper also a member of an R.E. postal section in France. APO 3 was based at Givenchy in French I believe and changed into FPO 3.

A good purchase - I like covers that are posted by or to another RE postal person as they can show some interesting cachets or postal addresses - in your case here, his name and regimental number, the fact that he is in the RE Postal Section and his APO number.
