COVER OF THE DAY 1 JULY, 2020

I attach a scan of a cover from an officer with the 26(EA) Brigade which had arrived in Ceylon in early September, 1943, and addressed to his family in Kenya. It was received in Kenya on 18 September, 1943. The problem is that the cover has not been cancelled by any Army P.O. However, it has been hit with A500 censor marker number 5694 and resealed using a censor tape tied with Indian Field Censor stamp number 60. As there is no APO stamp, has any member of the forum know where A500 5694 was used, so that I can properly write up the cover.
