Well Team, 

Its scruffy, foxed and a stamp has been removed.  No cancel remaining.

Into Dublin, Straight Line PASSED BY CENSOR  68 MM X 4 APPROX.  Second strike on Reverse,  Envelope Flap shows Crest WEST AFRICAN REGT

The censor marker is Sierra Leone Type 2(B), with Blue crayon number 16, which was used in Freetown from 1 June, 1917 to 4 October, 1917. A copy is have is attached.
