Two points beat me on this one :(

I can read the cancels as 14 12 14  but not the place of dispatch,  any clues.

2nd Place of destination.   

Why did I start collecting a subject written in Serbo-Croat,???  One must broaden one's mind as they say..

The card was written in Kragujevac and sent to Beograd (Belgrade).
The fuzzy cancel looks like a fieldpost cancel.
