HM Drifter Harmattan

I have the attached cover from Feb 1940 and would welcome any comments on HMD Harmattan.

Cancelled machine EDINBURGH Feb 1940 with the address to Glasgow, manuscript Passed By censor and initials T.A.S along with the annotation H.M.D Harmattan all appearing in the same ink, so I assume correct and linking the ship to the censor cachet or harbour/port at that time.

I have internet search Harmattan and note that a steamer called Harmattan was also assisting in the Group 2 embarkation from Dunkirk, my question being could this be the same ship?

Any comments would be useful. Thank you

Employed as BDV (Boom Defence Vessel)
The red censor mark is Daynes N567. HMS Fox; Shore base at Lerwick, Shetlands
The initials T.A.S are those of the c/o Lieut T.A. Stewart,
