Can anyone tell me which in unit this officer served? I have a hand written record made by Alistair Kennedy noting him with XV Corps from Nov 1918 - Feb 1919, but no further details

Found a Lt/Col W.J. Matthews.TD. 18th Btn London Regt
It might be him??
