I don't think this cover has any obvious POW connections, however a nice item of Censored Registered mail from Turkey to Switzerland in 1917.

Registered cover to Geneva, Switzerland franked 2 piaster and a pair of 10 pars all with Red Star & Crescent overprint cancelled Taxim cds and matching Registration label. Boxed Turkish Censor mark
Reverse shows senders' details, flap sealed with a wafer seal Turkish cancel and STAMBOUL depart cds 18 March 1917. Received in Geneva 2 May 1917

Chris, you probably know this already: the red wafer seal on the reverse is from the Turkish censor.
