      Can any one tell me anything about the boxed censor mark.

This mark is Gould 3B26 used by the Royal Marine Artillery in the Dunkirk Area (APO S.10)
there are variations of the mark i.e. Lieut in lower case

        Thank you for the help. I should have looked in Gould's myself but it did not cross my mind. I will now look out for the lower case variation.
