Last of the real puzzling items for now, not sure why or when this was purchased.. Probably part of a mixed lot.

Cancelled 13 V 1918 and that's all I can say.

Difficult to read the postmark and unit mark but will have a try. Sistov  is on the northern border of Bulgaria and this was a State theatre
