I post 3 scans of a Air Mail Letter Card, sent by a member at ADMS Office, Mogadishu. It is censored using the previously unrecorded censor mark 193. The card has a partial post marker (scan attached) that appears to be EA APO 78 or 79 dated 15 March 1943. It is back stamped at EA APO 83, dated 23 March, 1943, which was located at Mombasa. As 79 according to Proud's book was located in Madagascar at the time, we can rule it out. APO 74 was located at Mogadishu but it really doesn't look like 74.  The only suspect is APO 78 which according to Proud's East African Army Postal Service was located at an unknown location in "Kenya" at the time, could it be that for some reason was located at Mogadishu at the time. Could any member please tell me if they have any mail for APO 78 at the time.
