Just arrived this morning

This is date stamped 28th November 1919 and bears CEP-SPC5, allocated to 1st Division of the Portuguese Army. Also, Censurado 29 and Censura No 27 applied in Portugal.

I've not yet had a chance to research the name and the date sounds very late. I'll post more info if I get it

Having checked other covers from SPC5, I think the date is probably 28th February 1919, not as stated
