Stayed away from Townsend for a while, however couple of questions on this one.  Letter No 27,

Cancelled FPO 160, served 160th Brigade 53rd Division, Located in the Romania area until end of November 1916.

His previous letter (No 26 ) had continued to be cancelled FPO 5 Y which had cancelled all his mail since June 1916.  Previous letter (26) datelined 18 11 16 and cancelled 20 11 16 where he mentions being with a squadron manning an outpost, to Father, letter of 14th to Mother also said one squadron was going on a special expedition.

Very short letter this one as shown, censored by 3/3877 which FD did not record as seeing or allocating.

There is an Official History of the Warwickshire Yeomanry, not got 100 quid spare at present.  Anyone have a copy?
