Staying with Gallipoli,

2nd Lt Kempe with 14 men arrived at Alexandria 2nd April 1915, 

Moved to Lemnos 10th April 1915, Opened Base Army Post Office Y on board HMT Arcadian alongside GHQ.  14th April is currently the earliest date of use. 

Cover to Halifax cancelled on this date, censor 2/ 2574 allocated to a Battalion of the RN Division. 

Received in Halifax (backstamp) 26th April 1915.
