At times I do come across what at the time was "contrived" material, 

Russian Letter Card cancelled FPO T 27 in Tifilis, May 1919.  Censor 7 / 260

Signed by a chap called Dawson, who I believe was a leading light in the "London Stamp Club, which we know as the Royal" Yes, the organisation we recently made a large donation to for a plaque?

I've seen a couple of other items in this vein from this chap.
