Today I'm returning to some of my Casualty mail, scan shows an incoming cover to L/C F Taylor 4th Battalion Worcester Regiment.

KIA 6th August 1915, a Dark day for the Worcester Regiment when the 4th Battalion was annihilated at Cape Helles. 

Various endorsements including "Pris of War Turkey" which unfortunately wasn't the case, there are unconfirmed reports (online)  that many of one company were taken prisoner but I cannot find any details.

The date of the Base APO RLO cancel extends the date recorded by Proud.
