Christmas Cards from Italy 1917/18

Xmas 1917 - A Christmas card printed for use of the XI Corps on the Western Front, the Corps was sent to Italy in November 1917. The card, postmarked FPO 112 on 17th December 1917, sent from Italy by an unknown soldier of the 145th Brigade, 48th Division, is addressed to a Royal Engineer, APO 3 in France

Xmas 1918. – An unused Christmas card for the 48th (South Midland) Division, showing the three Brigades, (143, 144 and 145). The initials TMB's are those of "The Midlands Brigades".

Xmas 1918 – A superb coloured unused Christmas card from the Royal Artillery, 48th Division.
