In the spirit of the festive season I thought I would post of a New Years greeting AMLC sent be a specialist with the WAASC, attached to 5th West African Brigade on 2 December, 1943. 5th West African Brigade was part of 81 (WA) Division. Post marked at Army Post Office 697 which was known to have been allocated to 81 (WA) Division, which was in India at the time.
