French TRESOR ET POSTES 515

Scan shows a cover with Advice of Receipt Form cancelled TRESOR ET POSTES 515  2 February 1918.  Located somewhere in the Salonika area.

First I've ever seen, If I work it out correctly this entire was sent out from SP 515 in connection with a Registered incoming letter endorsed A.R. for 'Advice of Receipt'

If correct shows the the French Military Postal System operated a A.R. system which the British Military Postal System didn't.
